So You Want to Make Tone Bell™ Banjos
If you are an individual, a builder or a manufacturer of banjos, you may make as many of these rims as you desire. There is no royalty fee involved. I have derived much pleasure from the banjo, and I want to share this idea with the banjo community. All I ask is that when you manufacture or sell the banjos with this tone ring mounting system, you tell people, either via letter, brochure or even by means of a decal or sticker, that the banjo has the Bill Palmer Tone Bell™ system in it. Also I would like for you to let me know that you are using this system. That's all there is to it! It couldn't be simpler.
